• Within the EU there are no customs duties or import fees.

Get the size right the first time

Compression hosiery is a personal, hygienically sealed product — you would not want a pair someone else has worn, and that promise cuts both ways: once a stocking has been worn, we cannot take it back or exchange it. So please take 60 seconds with our size guide before ordering. The chart is the manufacturer’s official one, and one rule covers most doubts: between two sizes, or buying your first pair? Choose the larger size. It is noticeably easier to put on and remains clinically effective.

Returns (14-day withdrawal)

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. E-mail us, then send the goods to MARV, s.r.o., Medkova 1591/34, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. We refund the full price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method. Return postage is paid by you.

Hygiene note: hosiery that has been unsealed and worn cannot be returned under the 14-day right (health protection exception, Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Unworn pairs in their original sealed packaging are returnable without any issue — and defective goods are always covered by the complaint process below, worn or not.

Complaints

Defects are covered for 24 months from receipt. Contact info@piumella.com with your order number and a photo of the issue; we resolve complaints within 30 days and cover return postage for justified claims. Natural pressure fatigue of the knit after ~6 months of daily wear is a property of all medical compression hosiery, not a defect.
